Ararat Yerevan Striker Bi Christ Hyllarion Goore Transfers to KAA Gent
Ararat Yerevan has reached an agreement with Belgian club KAA Gent for the transfer of 19-year-old Ivorian striker Bi Christ Hyllarion Goore. The young forward will conclude his tenure with Ararat before making the move to Belgium.
Reflecting on his time at the club, Gura expressed his gratitude:
"I want to thank Ararat for everything it has given me—both in my professional development and personal growth. I am deeply appreciative of the club's staff, management, coaches, and everyone who has supported me throughout my journey here. I am truly grateful for everything," he said.
Ararat Yerevan's Executive Director, Tigran Gharabaghtsyan, acknowledged the impact of Goore’s departure while emphasizing the club’s commitment to developing young talent.
"Although Christ Goore joined us only recently, he made a significant contribution to the team, and parting ways with him is not easy. However, this transfer aligns with the player's aspirations, as he saw a promising opportunity to advance his career at a European club. Ararat Yerevan has been placing a strong emphasis on nurturing young talents, and this move is a testament to that policy. Over the past year, our players have transferred to clubs in Slovenia, Israel, and Belgium. Now, securing a deal with Gent—one of the top sides in Belgian football—demonstrates the success of our ongoing efforts. While Goore’s departure represents a loss for the squad, his move will aid his individual progress and further enhance the club’s reputation on the international stage," Gharabaghtsyan stated.
During the 2024/25 season, Christ Goore featured in 14 matches for Ararat Yerevan in the Fastex Premier League, registering six goals and one assist.
